Scholarship Program
Epilepsy Foundation Western/Central Pennsylvania congratulates the recipients of this year’s
annual college scholarship program. Six outstanding individuals, all of whom are faced with a seizure
disorder or epilepsy, will each receive a $1,000 scholarship from EFWCP. In past years the EFWCP
has awarded only five scholarships, but with help from the Center for Inclusion in Health Care at UPMC,
a sixth scholarship was added this year. Winners were selected based on several factors, including
their ability to maintain a positive academic grade average and overcome adversity.
