The EFWCP is excited to announce a new ID card program that we are offering to all of our adults and children with seizures.
The ID card holds valuable information that can easily be kept in your wallet and referenced by any medical personnel in case of an emergency. The ID card is about the size of a business card and will be laminated here at the EFWCP offices.
All you have to do is call the Pittsburgh office at 1-800-361-5885 and ask to have an ID card made for you, we will then ask you for your name, an emergency contact, and a description of your seizures. Then we will mail your card out to your home, it?s that easy!
