Actor Greg Grunberg, whose son has epilepsy, and his band "Band from TV" will be featured on American Idol's "Idol Gives Back" charity special to air on FOX on April 9, 2008.
Greg has been very involved with the National Epilepsy Foundation and will be a Chair for the National Walk for Epilepsy to be held on March 29, 2008.
Greg said he will do all he can to promote the Epilepsy Foundation and epilepsy awareness during the show on April 9th.
?Band from TV? features Grunberg on drums, ?House? star Hugh Laurie, ?Desperate Housewives? star James Denton, and their special guest singer for the night ?Desperate Housewives? star Teri Hatcher.
The lineup for "Idol Gives Back" also includes Bono, Brad Pitt, Miley Cyrus, Fergie, the Super Bowl-winning brother quarterbacks Peyton and Eli Manning and "Idol" alums Chris Daughtry and Carrie Underwood.
